Happy New Year to friends and family and a prosperous new year in 2008! I have a lot to be thankful for in 2007: a new baby girl, a loving family, great friends, good health, and a job with company that's doing very well. It wouldn't be a new year without resolutions. My new year's resolutions for 2008 are:

• Be the best father I can be for our new baby girl
• Get back into shape, specifically get on a regimented workout schedule
• Make 2008 the most successful year yet for VMware!
• Take my "band", T&A, to the next level by doing some recording
• Do better job of staying in touch with family and friends (hopefully this blog helps!)
